Cooper-Hewitt People’s Design Award

The Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum celebrates National Design Week with a call for nominations of good design — in any form.

Browse the nominations and you’ll find everything from shoes to a portable water-purification device, shown above. Of course the iPhone has been nominated, but you’ll also find bandaids, blogs, bookmarks, and baby fashions. Good design is everywhere. Winner to be announced October 18th.
